This exhilarating Latin and Hip Hop dance inspired calorie-burning dance fitness party is not your traditional aerobics class. This class will have you drenched in sweat and partying the pouaway. It’s a high impact dance cardio fitness workout class that is a mix of explosive dancing, boot camp toning with some R&B flavor. Everything about the dance fitness program can be described as sweaty fun. Movements are always big, exaggerated, full-out. This class will get the adrenaline pumping. It is designed to increase stamina and endurance in order to prepare your body for an increased level of fitness. For all fitness levels work at your own pace. A great dance fitness workout.
“Pole Diva” is the basics of pole fitness. You start with light stretches, strength building and toning. You begin to build upper body and core strength as you learn to move gracefully around the pole. It introduces you to the basic fundamentals of pole: the diva walk, sexy turns, and basic pole moves, such as the fan kick, fire vixen, reverse hook and ballerina.
Is the perfect blend of various dance styles including but not limited to chair dance, floor work, and burlesque. We focus on pole level 1 & 2 moves and often incorporate dance props in our routines. Learn fluidity of movement and transitions in your performance. This class is suitable for all levels. All fitness levels welcome.
