Beginner Pole Fitness (sfb) is the first step to learning the basics of pole fitness. You start with light stretches, strength building and toning. You begin to build upper body and core strength as you learn to move gracefully around the pole. It is a refreshing beginner’s approach to exercise and fitness. It introduces you to the basic fundamentals of pole safety, proper positioning and body alignment as you learn the pole walk, basic turns and basic pole moves. You will start to build upper body strength and flexibility. Class Attire: Dress comfortably: shorts, yoga capri pants, tank top; Must have legs exposed. Bare feet.
Intermediate Pole Fluidity & Flow This class is the ultimate workout for today’s women. You begin learning pole moves, pole combinations and tricks. This class tones the entire body giving beautiful definition of the arms, thighs, abs, gluts and shoulders; offering amazing fitness benefits and mobility. You start to link combination moves together with the flow and fluidity of a dancer. Pole dance routines are learned utilizing intermediate pole maneuvers and it incorporates intense muscle toning, pole artistry, conditioning and pole dance choreography.
Girl’s Night Out Friday Pole Fitness (sfb)This class is designed for the fuller-size diva that wants to learn the the basics of pole fitness without all the complicated pole man

Private Pole Lessons: If you prefer one-on-one training versus a group class, in addition to direct attention on the pole. Private lessons are reserved for dancers wanting to perfect their craft and enhance their pole skills. Private sessions are $20 per hour by appointment only. MiXXed Fit: (sfb) Is a people-inspired dance cardio fitness program that is a mix of explosive dancing, boot camp toning with some R&B flavor. Zumba Kids, ages 7-12 classes are rockin’, high-energy dance kid’s party packed with kid-friendly dance routines. We break down steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure. PiYo is a total-body fitness system designed to whip you into shape from head to toe. It combines the practices of Pilates and yoga to help you build strength, lose weight, increase flexibility and have a great time doing it. The PiYo system is a total-body strengthening workout. Poses such as plank, side plank, core work, lunges and squats are key elements to engage the large and small muscles of the body. By working in and out of these poses, you build strength using your own body’s resistance. In some classes, light hand weights are also used to increase the amount of strength building. In this style of classes, your muscles are worked to be toned and sculpted, but not bulky.
Curvy Girl Boot Kamp is a combination of Interval and Circuit training workouts. Interval training that involves a series of low- to high-intensity exercise workouts interspersed with rest or relief periods. The high-intensity periods are typically at or close to anaerobic exercise, while the recovery periods involve activity of lower intensity. Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. An exercise “circuit” is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program.

Zumba Gold For active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that
recreates the original Zumba moves at a lower-intensity. coordination while dancing and having fun. 45-minute class.
Cardio Drumming full-body exercise that combines light resistance, cardio and drumming— can do the class standing of seated. 45-minute class.
Chair Yoga twisting poses help with lower back pain and aid digestion and circulation. They are often called “detox” poses.
